It's was so cold today . . .How cold was it?

It was so cold that my nose hairs froze, my eyelashes froze together, the bird poop cracked my windshield, and I spent more time scraping the ice off the the inside of my windshield than on the outside.

Houston. . .the Dowdys have landed.

We made it and all is well here in Poland. We arrived in Krakow with all of our luggaage and most of our sanity. The weather is cold, foggy, and snowy.
Will started school and he really likes it. He says that all the kids in his class can speak at least a little English. He has at least one teacher who is fluent in English and she checks in on him to see if he is doing ok.
Liz is doing great. She looks just like a little Polish girl. Can you imagine her using her 10,000 words a day in the Polish language?! I'm not sure Krakow is ready for that!
We have seen the Lord do some great things already. We can definately tell He has prepared good works for us and we are walking into them. Thank you for your prayers.
