Gingerbread Houses

Papa and SueSue are here from Texas and we made gingerbread houses. I think we ate more candy than we put on the houses. We sang songs, listened to holiday music, ate candy, and had a really fun time. As you can see the kids ate way too much sugar.

Shwiento Mikowaiy ( Not actually spelled like this, but at least you can pronounce it)

This is the Polish Santa Claus. He comes on Dec. 6. He brought a Bionicle for Will, ans some Polli pockets for Liz. The American Santa Claus comes on Dec. 25th and brings more presents for the kids.

The Makoever begins

Our bedroom

We got the raw end of the deal with our room, but hey the kids love theirs and and rest of the house is great so we are ok with it. Can you guess what three things are hanging on the walls that you can't see? A cross with Jesus on it, a picture of Pope John Paul II, and a naked woman. Ain't that the ingredients for fun!

The hallway closet

The bathrooms

Liz's room

A college student lived in this room. She had the same taste in color as Liz does so Liz really likes it.

Will's room

The wallpaper is covered with stars ans moons that glow in the dark when he turns the lights off.

The lime green hallway

The Kitchen

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all one big room.

Our new apartment

We moved apartments becuase our old one was for sale. These are the before pictures. Notice the cool Roman columns and the real tiny television arm.

LoveBirds!

The Poznan Zoo

Look at all the funny looking animals in the zoo! They are so colorful! It must be a whole family of them. I wonder what they eat?

Fun with Friends

More friends in Poland

After Turkey day with four families we went for a few days to visit with some frinds in another city. These are the kiddos eating breakfast.

Pictionary genius!

Kids, kids, and more kids

Home Cooking

As you can see, the best part of the day was stuffing our faces with yummy food.

Happy Turkey Day!

I know it doesn't look like it in the picture, but this thing wieghed 37lbs. It was the biggest turkey I have ever seen. It was the same size as a four year boy that was with one of the families.
