A river runs through it.

Here we are on the banks of the mighty Wiswa river. One wrong move to Will's right would send him on a fifty foot plung into the icy cold water below. Five steps to Liz's left would send us on a four inch plunge into icy cold snow sludge. As you can see, it's very dangerous here in Krakow!

Did you know that Barney's cousin is alive and well in Krakow?!! Actually he was a money hungry, wife grabbing, kid scaring, husband irking, giant of a man dressed in a big green costume! (But I'm not bitter)

Feeding Frenzy!

Will got his wish. He wanted to feed the pigeons at the town square, the Rynek. Will said,"I was scared becuase some of the birds were "attack pigeons"!

Fancy Dress Party!

What's that you say? A "Fancy Dress Party" is British English for a costumed dance party. Will wasn't exactly to thrilled to walk into a room with 100 dancing Polish children doing the "chicken dance". This is how he spent the first hour of the party.

The Polish Fashion Princess

Liz is modeling the newest in Polish winter attire. Notice the way nothing really matches. . . that is truly trendy! By the way she is standing in front of our bedroom balcony which overlooks the spanish gardens. At least that's what I think it overlooks. . . it's covered in about 2 feet of snow right now.

What did you scream?!!!

What do you get when you cross two American kids with two Polishish kids? Lot's and lot's of screaming! It's funny how screams translate into any language. these are the two boys, Mauritce and Ignatce, from upstairs. I don't know what the word for tasmanian devil is in Polish, but I know what it looks like. . . .he's the one on the left. He is insane!

Will's 7th and Becca's 28th B-Days

We had a fun time with the celebrations this month. Thanks for the gifts from the states!
